Do you have any promo codes?

Yes! But please note, these promotion codes only apply to participating cideries. FIRSTTIMEINLOVE gives you to 10% off your first order. Only one use per customer. LOVEMYCASE gives 15% off 12+ bottles from a single cidery. This can be a mixed case - just 12 or more bottles.

Where do I enter my promotion code?

In the checkout process. If you're using a desktop or tablet browser, at the top right of the screen, click on "Promo Codes" and type in your code. On mobile, click the "Cart Summary" drop down menu at the top of the page, and then click "Promo Codes" to enter your promo code.

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

Our cideries offer ground or 2 day express shipping on all orders. Cideries have 2 to 3 days to process and pack the order before shipping it. How long a ground shipment will take depends on where you are in the country and where the cidery is located. Once your order has been processed and is being packed, we will send you email with the tracking number. This way you can follow your delicious cider as it travels from the orchard to you.

Why does my package require a signature for delivery?

The cideries are required to make sure they only sell and ship products to adults of legal drinking age. For delivery, all packages require the signature of an adult who is at least 21 years old.

Why do you ask for my birthday in checkout?

We’re virtually carding you! The cideries are required to make sure they only sell and ship products to adults of legal drinking age.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Because the packages contain alcoholic beverages, all deliveries must be accepted and signed by someone 21 years of age, or older.

What’s an inclement weather delay and what’s that all about?

Sometimes inclement weather makes it unwise to ship a delicate product like cider. Extreme heat or cold can have an impact and we don’t want you to receive a bad bottle. In the unlikely event that there is a delay of your shipment due to inclement weather, we will contact you immediately and advise when you can expect your package to ship. Apologies! Mother Nature can be a fickle one sometimes.

Will all my cider arrive in one package?

It depends. Cider ships from each cidery directly. So if you order from different cideries, these orders will arrive in different shipments. If you ordered from one cidery, it will ship in one package. Unless your ordered more than one case from a cidery. And if you did, bravo!

Once the cidery has processed and is packing your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. You can also log into your account, if you set one up, to check the status of your recent order by clicking here [same link as above].

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow returns of alcoholic beverages.

What is your exchange policy?

Sadly, we don’t allow any exchanges of alcoholic beverages.

What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

We are so sorry! If your item is damaged in transit or you believe you received a bad bottle, please contact us at immediately. We will arrange for a full refund of your order.

Do you offer gift cards?

We don’t offer gift cards at this time. We should love to in the future. Stay tuned – if and when we offer them, we’ll let you know.
