Orchard Hill Ten66 Reserve is a pommeau, inspired by the traditional pommeaus of Normandy, France. It is named for the year of the Norman invasion of England (1066). This intense, rich and complex liqueur is made with apple brandy aged on used French wine oak barrels and blended with fresh juice from our sustainably grown apples. This special reserve was bottled after aging in barrels for 4 to 7 years. It is a more concentrated and richer version of our original Ten66. A very special treat.
Apples
Northen Spy, Gold Rush, Braeburn, Greening, Newtown Pippin, Spitzenburg, Macintosh
Pairing
The intense character pairs beautifully with rich foods like dark chocolate, fois gras, jamon serrano. The apple character complements apple tarte tatin perfectly.

New Hampton, NY
Orchard Hill Cider Mill was inspired by our love of the great cider regions of Europe. We wondered why New York, which has one of the premier climates for apples, wasn't bursting with world class cider, brandy and pommeau producers. It was just a small step from that inspiring thought to the creation of our estate cider mill in the Hudson Valley.
