Quince Cider
In 2006, we discovered a beautiful little quince tree at a local farm. We had never heard of quince but fell in love with the beautiful fragrant fruit. Quince is part of the family of pome fruits from which cider can be made (the more usual suspects are apples and pears). Our quince cider is sparkling, semi-sweet and fragrant with notes of honeysuckle, pear, melon, and quince. This is the very first commercially available Quince Cider. Give it a try if you are looking for a cider that is unusually delightful.
