Log Cabin Cider was inspired by our 1883 Homestead Orchard and the original cabin, which we have made our home. This is a semi-sweet, sparkling cider made from heirloom cider apples. It has a little bit of funk from wild yeasts as well as grassy, woody notes. It’s very popular in our tasting room!
Made from sustainably grown heirloom apples from our 1883 orchard and other heirloom orchards on the Olympic Peninsula.
Perfect with casual fare like pizza and barbecue. Also pairs beautifully with artisanal cheese.
Serve cold in a Mason jar for the best effect.

We are following in the tradition of the original Washington State homesteaders who planted a cider orchard on our property when it was first settled in 1883. Everything we do is homemade, small batch and made with organic or sustainably grown fruit.
