Our ode to French cidré, Lafayette is made using French varietals and traditional “keeve” methods. A bit drier than most cidrés, but featuring classic French qualities with an astringent, full-bodied finish. This is a semi-dry, subtly sparkling cider with aromas of spice, banana and bittersweet apples and ripe peach, banana and raisin flavors.
