This is still, fruit-infused sweet ice cider is one-of-a-kind. Made in a manner similar to ice wines, with naturally frozen fresh cider reduced to a highly concentrated essence of flavors and apple sugar. As a last step in the fermentation, the cider is steeped in fresh Montmorency tart cherries to add rich cherry flavor and color. The result is balanced sweet cider full of rich acidity and warmth.
