Conceived on a dare from our friends at Dry Fly Distillery, this one-of-a-kind dry cider is crafted from bittersweet cider apple varietals and aged in single-use gin barrels. Subtly sparkling, Chaleur (the French word for warmth) offers notes of juniper berry, pear and clove with balanced tannins. It finishes with a deceptively warm sensation that inspired its name.
